You won't find CP Morgan or Davis Homes on this list and if you add Centex and Pulte permits together (since they merged in 2009), they would be the #2 builder. Additionally, this year, we will see the addition of Ryan Homes to the top 10 list. Below is a list of the top producing home builders in Indianapolis,
