Gray Eagle Golf Course Neighborhood | Featured Fishers Indiana Subdivision

Gray Eagle Golf Course community is one of those neighborhoods.
Gray Eagle has long been known as one of the hottest selling neighborhoods in Fishers. Below is some general information about the homes for sale there, the amenities, and the surroundings.
Gray Eagle Location
Gray Eagle on the northeast corners of 116th St. and Brooks School Rd.
Amenities
Gray Eagle features some great amenities including 18 hole golf course, two tennis courts, pool and kiddie pool, bath house, play ground, and miles of side walks and golf paths. You can find all of the golf club rates right here.
Shopping
Gray Eagle is conveniently located near the new Hamilton Town Center with IMAX Theatre, is adjacent to both a Kroger and a Marsh, several family friendly dining options, is 15 minutes from the famed Fasion Mall, and close to every other convenience store one can imagine. The all sports Geist Reservoir is just minutes away.
Home Builder / Builders
Pulte Homes built out most of the community in The Links, Cottonwood Creek, The Bluffs, and The Reserve sections with custom builders building in "The Woods at Gray Eagle" section.
Age of Community
Pulte Homes began building in the community in the late 90s and as of this post has a couple more to sell.
Home Features
Homes in Gray Eagle primarily feature 4 or 5 bedrooms, 3 car side load garages, brick front (some with complete wrap), basements, hardwood floors, garden baths, and nice open airy family rooms / kitchens. The Bluffs section of the community features 2 and 3 bedroom ranch and master down plans all of which are on the golf course.
