Staging Tips to help you sell your home faster and for top dollar!
- Look at each room in your house by standing in the doorway. Buyers make fast judgments, and how a room looks when the peek threw the doorway will determine if they walk into the room or not.
- Paint walls a neutral color. Buyers have trouble seeing themselves in a space that is decorated to YOUR taste – no matter how beautiful!
- Clean your home the way you would detail your car to sell it!. Buyers WILL look inside your refrigerator and your closets. They all need to be organized and VERY clean.
- NO clutter anywhere! Buyers today can be very picky. If they cannot see the room they can’t see THEIR things in it! Look at it as helping you get packed early! It will make the move go more smoothly.
- Work with an ASP Stager to get your home ready to sell! Statistics show, 96% of homes that are professionally staged, will sell in 37 days or less!
